Shipping & Return Policy

We ship Monday through Friday, except during Federal holidays. Orders placed before 2PM EST on weekdays will generally ship the same day, otherwise they will ship on the next business day. During periods of high volume, order shipment may be slightly delayed.

For domestic U.S. orders only, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. We ship our products to Canada for an additional shipping fee to be calculated at checkout.  Customers will be responsible for any applicable duties & taxes on delivery.

Every order is shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you’ll get an email confirmation with tracking details that keep you posted on your order’s estimated arrival./ All our items are shipped from our Georgia warehouse the same business day. We offer Standard Shipping methods via USPS or UPS in addition to 1 day Order Processing Time. Our cut-off time for same-day shipping is at noon, 12 EST, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Standard shipment takes 3-5 business days, dependent on the state of residence. International shipping and customs fees:

We use UPS or USPS to ship international orders. Shipments outside of the US may be subject to customs fees, including duties, taxes, broker fees, VAT fees, and other expenses charged by the local government. These “fees” are collected by the shipping carrier in your country for your government and has nothing to do with our company. These “fees” are imposed by your country’s customs laws. Please contact your local custom department to learn more about these fees before ordering. All International (Non-US) orders incur a $25 in shipping charged by US postal office or UPS. We do not add a penny on top of that. A first-class mail typically takes 2 weeks from GA, USA to your country then it depends on your local postal office service providers to dispatch the package to you and we can’t control this time period.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms before placing an order:

  1. Shipping costs are wholly the expenditures we settle with the carrier. There are no additional mark-ups. Thus, we cannot provide any refunds for shipping.
  2. We do not require a signature for the delivery acknowledgment of our products due to supplemental costs; otherwise, we would not be able to provide free shipping. We will solely accept the carrier’s tracking status as delivery proof if a customer claims they have not received the order. If the carrier indicates that the package has been “delivered,” we will not refund the order or provide a replacement for the “lost” package.

Return policy

We want to make sure that your shopping experience is completely risk-free. If you do not like our product, no hard feelings, we will make it right!

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are the original purchaser of one of our products, you are insured by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Conceding that you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase. We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before accepting any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please note that the customers cover the return shipping cost. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for return orders. Since we offer free shipping and low-competitive prices, we cannot financially cover the return postage. We appreciate your understanding. When you return the item, please ensure the package includes all accessories. Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted include but are not limited to the following: any item not in its original state, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons, not due to our error.

You will be responsible for settling your shipping costs when returning a product. When shipping an item over $30, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
